“Alys Beach is pleased to announce its Spring 2017 release of the new beachside homesites, South of 30A, the AC Block. Located in the Southwest corner of Alys Beach fronting the Gulf of Mexico, Phase I of the AC Block homesites will include a gulf front, and a second, third and fourth tier gulf view homesites.

Designed by Duany Plater Zyberk, DPZ, the beachfront parcel situated South of Sea Garden Street with its green/public spaces, corresponds with the DPZ Master Plan of Alys Beach. The Southerly boundary of the AC block lies against the dune, with Turtle Bale Park to its East. Alleyways provide access to the garages of individual homesites, with pedestrian routes that run North-South at the edges of the block providing access to the beach.

The initial phase of the AC Block will incorporate 10 homesites, but only a few of these homesites will be available for purchase in this initial release. ”
