About Jim

Jim Loznicka is the Managing Broker for 30A Coastal Life and has been a part of our 30A culture for nearly 15 years now – both in real estate and as a television anchor. You may remember him from his days as a Meteorologist in Atlanta on CBS 46 or in Panama City Beach on News Channel 7.

A native Floridian, Jim knows about the unmatched beauty found along 30A and loves to showcase it to all our real estate clients. This truly is the hidden gem of our state, removed from the hustle and bustle of big city life. With nearly 300 sunny days a year and a year-round average temperature in the mid-70s, this area is perfectly tailored for your dream home.
