About Chelsea

With a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry, Chelsea is an integral part of the 30A Coastal Life team as a Realtor.

A Gulf Coast native, she is originally from Gulfport, Mississippi and moved to the Seacrest Beach area of Scenic 30A in 1992. Her first job in the area was at one of the only restaurants on the then sparsely developed 30A, the original Wheelhouse in Seagrove.  As 30A grew in interest and recognition, Chelsea watched as each of the special beach towns developed a unique identity with second home buyers.  She not only has in depth knowledge of the area then and now, but is excited to share her area expertise with our clients. In addition to her real estate experience, Chelsea has extensive knowledge of the 30A vacation rental market and procedures, having managed a bustling rental company for many seasons.  Her degree in Telecommunications Technology has influenced her ongoing interest in seeking out the newest and best technologies to enhance our client experience.

A licensed Realtor in Florida and Mississippi, Chelsea truly enjoys her work and has a commitment to excellence in all she undertakes.  She is an avid reader, a boating enthusiast and a wine geek with a passion for California Reds.
